Shipping Information

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days from the time your order is fulfilled. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

Group purchases ship once the group reaches its target. You will be notified by email when your group completes and your order enters fulfilment.

A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders with a subtotal of $100 or less. Orders over $100 ship free.

Applicable taxes (e.g. 5% GST) are calculated and shown at checkout.

All meat is vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to keep products at a safe temperature in transit.

Please refrigerate or freeze your order promptly on arrival.

Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you and is also available on your order detail page under “My Orders”.
